To accommodate service demand, your appointment time may be adjusted slightly. If necessary, your stylist will contact you directly.
Yes, little one’s are welcome at TRIBAL Braids and Beauty Salon however the child must be able to sit still for the duration of the appointment. A guardian must be present throughout the appointment.
Yes. If you’re in a pinch and need an out of hours or emergency appointment, please contact the salon and we will endeavour to book you in. Out of hours fees will apply.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
Rescheduling must be done up to 24 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit to a new date. You will be able to reschedule your appointment once free of charge. The new appointment must be within 5 weeks from your original appointment date.Â
If you are unable to attend the new date, the appointment is cancelled, and your deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICYÂ
If for any reason you no longer wish to go ahead with your booked appointment, we ask
that you cancel via the ‘cancel appointment’ button at the bottom of your booking confirmation email or contact the salon as soon as possible. If you attempt to reschedule or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you understand and accept that your deposit is forfeited and cannot be used for another date.
Add-ons such as curly extensions and hair treatments are priced separately. Some add-ons may make your appointment duration longer. Be sure to select any desired add-ons when booking even if they are free of charge so proper time can be allocated.

We highly recommend the complimentary shampoo experience. A clean, nourished, and properly prepped foundation ensures your style lasts longer and looks flawless. Add on a treatment to maintain healthy hair.
If you prefer to freshly wash your hair at home, please ensure upon arrival hair is clean, blow dried smooth, with no oils added.
Yes, you will need to provide hair extensions. See description under selected style for instructions.
If you have a sensitive scalp, you may benefit from an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse to remove chemicals from synthetic braiding hair. Please contact salon before booking so we can discuss your options.
No, we ask that clients attend their appointments alone. Exceptions are made for:
- Clients under 18 who need a parent or guardian present
- Clients who require a carer
Contact the salon to make changes to the service/s booked.
Yes! We encourage you to share inspiration photos with your stylist before booking to ensure they can achieve your desired look.
Yes! If you need assistance removing your braids, our stylists offer a braid take-down service. This can be booked separately or as an add-on to another style.
